Cancellation Policy
đ Cancellation and Rescheduling Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, free of charge. Any session canceled less than 24 hours in advance is considered due and non-refundable. For major unforeseen events or exceptional circumstances, please contact me by email so we can find the best solution together. If I'm unavailable due to an exceptional circumstance, the session will be rescheduled or fully refunded at your choice. In case of lateness, the session will be shortened by the corresponding time to respect other appointments. Beyond 20 minutes of delay, the session is considered canceled. đ§ââïž Mutual Commitment By booking a session, journey, or workshop, you commit to a benevolent and respectful coaching process. I commit to providing a professional, confidential, and secure framework for your transformation journey. đł Payment Terms Payment for sessions, journeys, or workshops offered by My Inner Self is made directly online at booking via the secure platform (credit card, PayPal, or other options provided). Booking is confirmed only after payment is received. đ Specific Journey Conditions Explore, Incarne, and CrĂ©e journeys: automatic weekly payments. Commitment for the target duration (4/8/12 weeks). Target duration is flexible: rescheduling possible for exceptional reasons (moved to end of journey). E-book + resources available from Day 1. Once started, the journey is due in full (except proven force majeure). đ Workshops and Events Registrations for workshops, retreats, or circles are final after payment. For participant cancellations: up to 7 days before the event, 80% refund; less than 7 days, no refund possible. If My Inner Self cancels the event, full payment is refunded.
