A 90-minute deep reset for body and mind. Come feel your body come alive in a room full of good vibes.
Transition from "thinking" to "feeling" through kinesiology + world rhythms (Latin, Afro, Oriental).
Each month we play with a new theme but dive a little deeper into that happy, free feeling.
