Je n’avais pas vraiment compris le sens de “faire de mon mieux”… 🫣
Pendant longtemps, pour moi, ça voulait dire faire plus, faire mieux, me dépasser constamment.
Et oui, c’est beau de vouloir évoluer, de se challenger, de se donner des objectifs.
Mais à quel prix ?
Si “faire de mon mieux” me pousse à m’oublier, à m’épuiser, à passer après tout le monde… est-ce vraiment mon mieux ?
Si je fais toujours plus pour les autres en me mettant moi-même de côté… de quel mieux parle-t-on ?
Aujourd’hui, je crois que faire de son mieux, c’est faire avec son état du moment : son énergie, son corps, son mental, sa période de vie.
On change, on évolue, et c’est normal.
Faire de son mieux, ce n’est pas se sacrifier.
C’est avancer avec ce qu’on a, en respectant aussi ses besoins. ♥️

I realized I had never really understood what “doing my best” meant… 🫣
For a long time, to me, it meant doing more, doing better, constantly pushing myself.
And yes, it’s beautiful to want to grow, challenge yourself, and set goals.
But at what cost?
If “doing my best” makes me forget myself, drain myself, and put everyone else first… is that really my best?
If I keep doing more for others while leaving myself behind… what kind of “best” are we talking about?
Today, I believe doing your best means doing what you can in the state you’re in: with your energy, your body, your mind, and the season of life you’re in.
We change, we evolve, and that’s okay.
Doing your best is not about sacrificing yourself.
It’s about moving forward with what you have, while still honoring your needs. ♥️

On peut savoir ce qui compte pour soi, sans forcément l’incarner dans sa vie de tous les jours… et souvent, c’est là que le vrai décalage apparaît.

👉🏼 Un exercice simple que j’aime proposer :
prends 7 ou 8 de tes valeurs principales, puis regarde dans chaque domaine de ta vie à quel point tu les vis, de 1 à 10.
Travail, relations, rythme, famille, loisirs…
qu’est-ce qui est vraiment aligné, et qu’est-ce qui demande à être réajusté ?

C’est exactement ce que j’explore dans mon accompagnement Incarne : clarifier tes valeurs, mieux te connaître, et les vivre plus pleinement.

🤔 Do you know your values… but are you really living them in your everyday life? You can know what matters to you, without fully embodying it in your daily life… and that’s often where the real gap shows up.

Moi la plus parlante c’est la mâchoire serrée et les pensées qui tournent en boucle 🫣 c’est souvent comme ça que je reconnais le signe que je suis en colère… je me sens fatiguée, je m’assois et je relâche la mâchoire et je me dis « ah oui quand même » 😆
Et ça c’est déjà la première étape pour vivre cette émotion si puissante 🔥
Je te partage bientôt des petits tips plus précis sur la colère… alors reste par là 👀

For me, the tell-tale signs are a clenched jaw and thoughts going round and round in my head 🫣 That’s often how I recognise the sign that I’m angry… I feel tired, I sit down and relax my jaw, and I say to myself, ‘Oh yes, I really am’ 😆
And that’s already the first step towards dealing with this powerful emotion 🔥

Mais ce que j’ai compris, c’est que le problème n’est pas la colère.
C’est la manière dont elle est perçue selon la personne qui l’exprime !
Au travail, la colère d’un homme est encore souvent lue comme de l’autorité, de la force, du leadership.
Celle d’une femme est plus facilement jugée excessive, “trop sensible” ou illégitime. 😔
Et pourtant, la colère peut être précieuse.
Elle peut nous montrer qu’une limite a été dépassée. Qu’un besoin n’est pas respecté. Qu’une valeur a été piétinée.

C’est ce que j’apprends aujourd’hui :
à utiliser ma colère autrement.
Comme un signal.
Comme une énergie.
Comme une force de création !

For a long time, I believed that the best thing to do with my anger was to bottle it up and stay calm. 😌
But what I’ve come to realise is that the problem isn’t the anger itself.
It’s the way it’s perceived depending on who’s expressing it!
At work, a man’s anger is still often seen as a sign of authority, strength or leadership.
A woman’s anger is more readily judged as excessive, ‘too sensitive’ or unwarranted. 😔
And yet, anger can be valuable.
It can show us that a boundary has been crossed. That a need is not being met. That a value has been trampled on.

This is what I’m learning today:
to use my anger differently.
As a signal.
As energy.
As a creative force!

Je l’avais fait pour m’aider à avancer vers un de mes rêves, et j’avais été bluffée de ce que ça m’avait apporté !
Je suis quelqu’un de très visuel, et ça m’a permit de « voir » ce que je transportais avec moi dans ce rêve, les émotions, les phrases, les idées ! Et j’ai pu prendre conscience de certaines peurs qui étaient présentes mais que je n’avais jamais identifiées avant ça !! 🤯
Ça a été un premier pas pour moi. Un premier pas pour comprendre ce qui se jouait et ce qui faisait que je n’arrivais pas à avancer vers ce rêve (Ou je pourrais dire que j’ai passé la 1ere vitesse hehe 😛)

Did you know about the bus exercise? 👀🚌
I did it to help me move towards one of my dreams, and I was blown away by what it did for me!
I’m a very visual person, and it allowed me to ‘see’ what I was carrying with me in that dream – the emotions, the phrases, the ideas! And I was able to become aware of certain fears that were there but that I’d never identified before that!! 🤯
It was a first step for me. A first step towards understanding what was going on and why I couldn’t seem to make progress towards that dream (Or I could say I’ve shifted into first gear, hehe)

Je suis quelqu’un de très visuel, et ça m’a permit de « voir » ce que je transportais avec moi dans ce rêve, les émotions, les phrases, les idées ! Et j’ai pu prendre conscience de certaines peurs qui étaient présentes mais que je n’avais jamais identifiées avant ça !! 🤯
Ça a été un premier pas pour moi. Un premier pas pour comprendre ce qui se jouait et ce qui faisait que je n’arrivais pas à avancer vers ce rêve (Ou je pourrais dire que j’ai passé la 1ere vitesse hehe 😛)

I did it to help me move towards one of my dreams, and I was blown away by what it did for me!
I’m a very visual person, and it allowed me to ‘see’ what I was carrying with me in that dream – the emotions, the phrases, the ideas! And I was able to become aware of certain fears that were there but that I’d never identified before that!! 🤯
It was a first step for me. A first step towards understanding what was going on and why I couldn’t seem to make progress towards that dream (Or I could say I’ve shifted into first gear, hehe)

Tu vois, ce que je ressens profondément, c’est ça :
On passe tellement de temps à se surveiller, à se demander si on est “trop” ou “pas assez”, qu’on finit par se perdre en chemin.
Peur d’être trop bouillante, trop sensible.
Peur de parler trop fort, ou trop doucement.
Peur de montrer ce qui se passe vraiment à l’intérieur.

🫣 Sauf qu’au fond, on sait très bien qu’il y a une autre version de nous…
Et si tu n’avais plus besoin de choisir entre ton feu et ta douceur ?
Et si tu pouvais être intense, sensible, joyeuse, vulnérable… exactement comme tu es, sans t’excuser ?
C’est ce qu’on va explorer ensemble pendant ce workshop : la peur du regard des autres, la peur d’être soi, et cette bascule où tu commences à te choisir toi, avant le regard des autres.

💗 La vraie question, ce n’est pas “qu’est-ce qu’ils vont penser de moi ?”, mais “est-ce que je suis prête à ne plus me trahir pour être aimée ?”.

You see, what I feel deep down is this:
We spend so much time watching ourselves, wondering if we’re ‘too much’ or ‘not enough’, that we end up losing ourselves along the way.
Afraid of being too fiery, too sensitive.
Afraid of speaking too loudly, or too softly.
Afraid of showing what’s really going on inside.

🫣 Except that deep down, we know full well there’s another version of us…
What if you no longer had to choose between your passion and your gentleness?
What if you could be intense, sensitive, joyful, vulnerable… exactly as you are, without apologising?
That’s what we’ll explore together during this workshop: the fear of others’ judgement, the fear of being yourself, and that shift where you start choosing yourself, before worrying about what others think.

💗 The real question isn’t “what will they think of me?”, but “am I ready to stop betraying myself in order to be loved?”.

👉🏼 cette question je me la pose souvent. Lorsque je sens qu’il y a un petit truc qui me bloque, une gêne… à la danse, dans mes projets, dans mes relations ou même dehors en société. Et après me « peler quelques couches d’oignons » (haha quelle belle expression) et que je vais voir au fond ce qui se cache : « j’ai peur du jugement » et puis je me dis « et au pire du pire… on me juge ? Et alors ? » est-ce que la potentielle moquerie sera plus forte que le plaisir d’essayer ? Je te laisse méditer la dessus 🤣

Tous ces « outils », tous ces « savoirs » sont certes bénéfique dans notre recherche du mieux être, de la relaxation, de la détente… mais ils ne donnent pas toutes les solutions. Lorsque l’on ressent quelque chose, c’est notre corps qui rêvait simplement à un stimulus extérieur. Lorsque cette sensation est désagréable voire « handicapante » dans notre quotidien, c’est qu’il y a sans doute quelque chose de plus profond qui se joue.

On aura beau utiliser toutes les techniques immédiates pour calmer ce trop plein… il reviendra dès qu’une situation similaire se présentera.

Mais alors, tu vas me dire: « alors à quoi ça sert ces tips que tu nous donnes ?! »
Et bien ça aide sur l’instant T ! Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons pas vivre pleinement toutes nos émotions n’importe quand. Alors ces tips sont utiles pour ces moments, pour « calmer ».

Mais si ces émotions reviennent, il serait judicieux de voir ce qui se cache derrière tout ça non ? Peut être aller creuser un peu plus profond, pour laisser vivre pleinement cette émotion, la libérer !

C’est justement ce que je te propose dans mon accompagnement. On travaille sur les deux plans : le moment présent, ce que tu vis en ce moment! Et peut être si besoin, aller explorer un peu plus ton monde intérieur pour voir ce qui se joue derrière tout ça !

La plupart du temps, on essaie de réparer notre esprit par l’esprit. On reste assis, on force, et on s’étonne d’être épuisés… 😰

Mais comme je le dis souvent: notre corps est là pour nous aider !!

Quand tu t’arrêtes juste 2 minutes pour secouer ton corps ou danser, tu ne prends pas une « pause ». Tu effectues un « Redémarrage Forcé de ton système nerveux. » (ouais on est en langage IT ici 😆)

Plus précisément :

🧠 Neuro-activation : Le mouvement déclenche un afflux sanguin massif vers le cortex préfrontal. En gros, tu « rallumes la lumière » là-haut.
📉 Stress Flush : Le « shaking » (mouvements vibratoires) signale à ton système nerveux de stopper le cortisol et de sortir du mode survie en moins de 120 secondes.
💡 Boost créatif : On est statistiquement 60 % plus créatif en mouvement qu’en restant assis.
Arrête de jouer en Mode Difficile.

Et c’est pour ça que TOUS mes accompagnements sont centrés sur le corps ! Parce qu’il est notre meilleur allié (un peu trop sous-côté) 🫠
